This quick, easy health dish is so tasty and a new family favorite with 5 grams of protein in each serving. After cooking for a few short minutes in the microwave, I poured it in to a bowl to find the quinoa and brown rice to be perfectly fluffy and moist. We did not add any additional flavor or seasoning as we enjoyed the natural flavor. Paired great with grilled chicken, but I'm sure this side would go perfectly with any meat. SEEDS OF CHANGE provided a high quality food with a great taste, that everyone in the family will love.

It's tasty, quick and easy to prepare, only 90 seconds in the microwave and voila, it's done! Enough salt to taste great but not too much as to kill your diet like so many other processed foods. I would definitely recommend this!
