Use the TINTED BROW GEL to Tame and Hold Your Brows in Place. Brush the Gel Through Your Brows, Starting at the Inner Corner and Working Your Way Out. 3. Use the Spoolie Brush on the Other End of the Pencil to Blend the Color and Smooth Out Any Harsh Lines.
