1st hat great, 2nd one too small.
I got one of these hats in the beginning of the summer and it fit perfectly, and then I decided to order another one and the second one even though it's one size fits all is much smaller than the first one so I was pretty disappointed and returned it.

The brim was not as large as it looks in the image. I even counted the rows and there were about 4 more in the image than there was on my hat. It also flops and doesnt stay out. Its ok, not as cute as I was hoping.
