Improved beyond my expectations.

I usually hesitate to buy furniture online without seeing it in person or giving it a test drive, but I'm pleased I did. It arrived quickly and at a reasonable price. It was to be assumed that assembly would take some time. The furniture fits properly, has comfy cushions, and is robust. I'm so happy I took the risk.

Do yourself a favor by assembling the cushion.

Overall, it seems like a very nice product that is well worth the money! Please don't unzip the cushions before you do! Because the cushions are vacuum sealed, cut one end of the plastic they are in, but don't tear them apart. Instead, insert the open end of the cushion into the cushion cover first, and then slide the plastic out of the cushion when it is in the cover!

Lovely patio set and exceptional customer service.

received it and was very happy with it. took some time and was a bit tricky to put together, but overall it was fine. I had a little problem with a missing item, but as soon as I wrote a message, I had a response, and the missing part was sent out. I was quite happy with the service I received.
