Awesome rods at a steal!

I own the 410s70, which I only use for jigging with soft plastics. I bought this rod just for throwing 1/8 oz - 3/8 oz jigheads and gulps..I've caught many redfish,flounder, and speckled trout with this rod. In fact, I have a video of me catching a 25" red from my kayak with this rod! (too bad you can't upload a customer video ; ) I have it paired up with a penn fierce 3000, and 20lb powerpro braid. I also own the 1017s70, which I only use for throwing 1 oz Carolina rigs with live bait. these are great rods for the money.

Squadron Rods

One of the finest rods out there for the money. I own 4 and they are flawless, light and strong. As others have indicated, they are one step up from described action, ie, ( Medium is more like Medium Heavy). Other than that you cannot find a better rod for under $40. Not many more over $40. either.
