Good product but shipping is expensive.

I used to buy this in the Walmart store they no longer carry this product but did tell me I could order and have it shipped. I did this but it ships from a private company. 1 of the 6 jars was broken. Only way to get refunded was to take a picture of the broken jar. They didn't get in touch with me for 6 days so I had already cleaned up the mess and discarded. I didn't take pictures so I didn't get the jar replaced. Also shipping was expensive.
