I buy one of these every year. They do not hold up well to washing. They last only 2 to 3 washes, and then the plush white fur gets matted. They are so darn comfortable, and, in my opinion, the prettiest robe out there. So I guess it's one of my guilty pleasures. I don't mind buying a new one each year, as the cold winter approaches. I really love the Santa Claus look, and so does everyone else!
