Great item! It's super easy to use and there's lots of settings to choose from. Love the crumb tray that's easy to pull out and empty. Would recommend this product. The first few toasts there was a weird burning smell but I think it was just the new appliance smell. It's still good, don't freak out.

I have bought, and will continue to buy Cuisinart products, but the two slice toaster i recently purchased is subpar in comparison to my previous toaster which was 10 years old. It doesn't toast evenly on both sides and the settings are inconsistent. Disappointed on this one.
