I loved this item. I roasted a 24 lb turkey with stuffing for 3.5 hours. It was so moist. I recommend curing this toaster to get the smells off. I put on. Table outside and turned it to 450 degrees for an hour. Worked like a charm!

A Very Versitile Roaster

Not only does this have a high dome it also has a top viewing glass on top that lets you see your cooking progress without lifting the lid. The temperature control is very nice, it works well for slow cooking beans, among other things. It comes with a bottom rack that is great to roast turkeys on, and I also use a (not included) 1/3 size, 4" x 6" steam table pan (placed on the rack with water added to just below the rack) to cook 10 cups of rice at a time in an hour that comes out perfect every time with minimal tending. I have wore out many of the other Oster Roasters before (with a lot of cooking time on them!), and always buy another one. This one is a nice step up a great price. I highly recommend it.
