Comparing this to others unless you are over 6'1', this isthe perfect size. Less expensive straps are known to off in placement of loop patterns - this is consistant placement and definitely stitched strong. There is an option for a booklet, the less expensive one just has a poster, though they have YouTube with plenty of offerings ( and an app) this OG hasn't been around since 1993 without being durable, useful, and perfect for PT at home and the same on in their office.
