Measurements:  ¼ teaspoon powder replaces one fresh clove.Â
Dizzie Lizzie’s Garlic Powder was our first spice to hit the market in 2016 and has been a fan favorite ever since. Believe it or not, Dizzie Lizzie’s original plan was to be a garlic seed supplier! However, garlic seed is based on size. So after a rather bad year, we were left with a mountain of garlic and two choices – trash it or get creative with it. On trend with our never sit still policy, we chose the second route and turned it into garlic powder. Following its profound response from customers for its unmatched quality, we added a commercial kitchen so production was uninterrupted and done at the peak time. This decision changed the trajectory of our business and laid the foundation for the cast of spices we offer today. We’re excited for you to taste the difference for yourself!
