    Reckiner

Very simple to put together. Two pieces. Quality is ok. You get what you pay for. Just don't go jumping onto it. Seems like it may not hold up to rigerous activity. Sitting on it is comfortable and the width is large enough and has enough room. The instructions said comes with extra hardware. There were no screws what so ever in the box. The only place I saw that needed screws were the box were the handle has the pull to open the foot lift. The box came right out of the chair and could not be reclined without being screwed to the chair, so we got creative and did it ourselves. Now it works perfect. Looks cute too.!

    The item is correct.

Everything is good but the color. It's a light brown compared to my couch but it's good.

    Very disappointed!

This recliner arrived last night and I returned it this morning as it is just way too small. I had purchased this chair for myself. I'm a 5' 3'' woman and wear a size 10 pants and the seat of this chair was so small I had to sit on the arms of the chair, as well as the seat. A 2 liter pop bottle just barely fit across the seat of the chair. I'm including a picture to show this. ( Not sure why the picture keeps rotating sideways, as on my computer it has correct orientation ) I found this chair to be very hard and uncomfortable, as well. The fabric of the chair was nice enough and it was easy to put together, as just had to slide the back into place. The chair would probably be fine for a child, but definitely wouldn't recommend it for an adult. Maybe I just got a chair that wasn't properly made to proper size...I don't know.

    Good For The Price

I bought these chairs (3 of them) sight unseen from Walmart.com, I have never bought a chair this way before. They are not small but they are not over-sized either which suited me just fine. I am 5' 10 208 lbs. If you're looking for a luxury piece of furniture, this not what you want. But, if you want a comfortable, and affordable recliner that is practically a wall-hugger, this is your chair. The assembly was like two minutes, I had to slide the back into the rails extending from the base of the chair, and that was it! I snapped into place (no screws) and worked right away. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. Honest-Scott

    Great chair!

I bought 2 chairs for me and my husband. I was a little apprehensive about buying them with all the mixed reviews. I would have to say that I'm glad I did. We love them! We are big people and we fit just fine in these chairs. My husband is 6 foot and weighs 275, and has no problem sitting or reclining in this chair. What a great find!

    My Favorite Chair

I have destined this recliner as my favorite chair (and furniture) in the whole house. I would take a picture and show you how lovely it really is, but it looks exactly like the picture on the site, so what would be the purpose of showing you my living room? It comes in only two pieces, no tools required - all you have to do is snap the top back-rest part into the seat part. It really is that simple, and really all you have to do is snap it together and it locks into place. The seat is firm, but the back rest and arm rest are padded cushions, and very comfortable. I got the chocolate brown one. There is a button on the right side that you push and the recliner pops out, it's a full recline, so you can go as far back as if you were laying down.

1st apartment, living on minimal budget furniture

I am a student living on a 500 a month income with a 900 a month rent.. the difference is made up in loans. I wanted cheap furniture. I did site to store to avoid shipping costs. I ordered two of these chairs. I am 5'5, my roommate in 5'2 we both weigh around 170lbs...the chairs fit us great, but anyone taller or much heavier would have trouble sitting in them.. they are a little trickier to put together than the website claims, you have to make sure the pieces click together correctly, not just slide together. The first chair arrived in broken packaging. My hand went right through the cardboard it was so thin! The second chair arrived with thicker packaging and still had the plastic wrapped around the cardboard. I am unsure of the reason for this but the chairs arrived without any damage. For someone in desperate need of furniture, or someone looking for dorm/studio apartment furniture, (a person of the above mentioned statures or smaller) or for kids furniture these chairs are great!

For the price - perfect - big guys - no worries

Okay, it's not a giant spread out recliner. But it ain't $600 either!!! For the price, for something that's not going to take up tons of space when not reclined, for something that takes 1 minute to snap the back onto the bottom and "voila", you're reclining to your hearts content, for a 325 lb 6'0" guy, it is great! No, it's greater than great!! It's sturdy. It looks good. It stretches out in the recline position to almost flat, full body. You can snooze out into la-la land real nice. It's a little snuggy width-wise, but the arms are soft, kind of pillowy, but firm enough, and retract nicely, allowing your big butt plenty of space to comfortably nestle into the soft but supportive seat. Reclining mechanism works great up and down - solid. Truly, this recliner surpassed my expectations for an inexpensive requirement that looks and works perfect. I suggested to my wife that we put 6 in the family room for theater seating, and get rid of the sofa and love seat. If one goes bad or starts looking frumpy in a few years, for the price, just replace it! But "no", she said, "One is enough". Ahh, the continuing saga of utility vs. decor... :)

    not happy with purchase

Although I really like the color and that the chair is actually hard to sit on (it is not plushy and soft you do not sink into the chair to sit) that is all I liked about the chair IT SI NOT A RECLINER chair as they advertise it to be the only thing that goes up is the feet and that is really hard to get to work and then when you want the legs to close you pretty much have to kick them closed with your foot the mechanisim to open and close the legs is so hard to pull to open and close and if you have arthritis in your hands like I do this does not work for you. you will need to be 5ft 3in or shorter to be able to use the feet rest as if you are taller your feet and part of your leg will hang over and that gets unconfortable As for the money I will be sending the chair back as it was not worth the $200 value is not there

    Very Comfy and nice!

I received my 2 chocolate colored recliners today. They were the perfect completion to my living room. They are a bit smaller than a regular recliner which is nice because they don't take up as much room. But they are still soft, fluffy, and comfy. As soon as my daughter sat in one and reclined back she said "I can definetely see myself falling asleep here." I am very satisfied. They recline easily and fully. To shut the foot rest I just use my legs when I sit up and give a slight push. Super easy to put together, all I had to do was snap the back into place. This chair is big enough for a grown man/woman. Highly recommend, very nice and a great price!
