Great coffee, finniky coffee maker
This Ninja coffee maker took some getting used to. My impatient husband likes to pull the pot while the coffee is brewing and get the first cup mid-brew. Took him a while to get the rhythm on this one down pat. It can be tricky to fill the water reservoir since it's at the back of the machine but it's nicely marked with cups units and hold a whopping 14 cups! If you use paper filters, fold them once along the seams and they fit better and you won't end up with grounds in your cup that s ran in between those ruffle top edges of the filter. Just like our older Ninja, this one makes one heck of a cup of coffee!

Less space on the counter, brews fast
I love that it makes 14 cups instead of the usual 12. It takes up less room on the counter than most coffee makers. I brew on classic (have not tried rich) and it brews a full 14 cups very fast. It sits on my open counter closer to the sink, with the water chamber in the back, it is very easy to lift off and fill and put back. Very happy with it. The new model is much more expensive and I think only has one programming feature which I wouldn't use, so this was perfect and I'm very happy.
