LOVE this coffee maker

I love this coffee maker!!! The only complaint I have (and this is Walmart related, not product related so I didn't let it affect my rating), I ordered the stainless steel one and they sent me the all black one. I made my peace with it only because I needed a coffee maker and didn't want to have to wait for a new one.

I hope this continues to work the way it has. So far we have been very happy with the options that it allows for single serve, and a whole pot. My only complaint is the water reservoir. I wish it was a little bigger because when you fill it up to the top it is the min amount needed for a whole pot. I once did not watch the water reservoir that well and started to make a whole pot and it ran out of water and then it defaulted to the clean cycle as an error. The only way I could fix it was just turn it off and start over and make sure I didn't run out of water. I wish they could correct that little area and just give you an add water sign versus it go into error mode. This may not happen to everybody, but it has definitely caused me to check and make sure that I have the appropriate amount of water. My husband and I used to do French press. I have been lazy lately and very much enjoying making the full pot of coffee in this in the morning. It taste great and then my niece who is in a wheelchair is able to make her coffee because everything is easy to reach. The buttons are on the front versus on the top of the single serve ninja that she used to have. The only thing we have to just watch is make sure the burner plate isn't hot when she comes along to put her single serve mug on top of it but so far we've timed it pretty well. I do use bottled water in this. We have hard water with a lot of lime. We've had it for about two months and use it daily. This is so much better than the ninja single serve that she had although that one made good coffee. It's just it was difficult for her to use the selection buttons at the top and this was only $15 or $20 more than the ninja single serve and we get way more use out of this. I think the flavor of coffee in this is way better than in the Keurig.
