Neutrogena Retinol Regenerating Cream fragrance free is as good as the original and without dome of the medicinal “scent” of many fragrance free creams. My go to at night and under spf during the day. Moisturizes deeply and the effect lasts.

I saw a review that said "I noticed a difference the next day". I'm not sure if that comment influenced me or not, but, I did see a small difference the next day. I am only 60 and not too many wrinkles, just a sagging jaw, but, it did seem to make my skin smoother.
