Exceeded my low expectations.
So far so good, no instructions, came in two main parts, held together by several bolts.. Might be worth having a bike shop put it together for you. Still has been great so far after some fiddling. I didn't have some tools, as the front wheel ~axle was loose, biked it to the shop to get it tightened. Haven't tried for any support on any issues I faced, seemed to have all the pieces. I had pretty low expectations, and it generally exceeded my expectations. Seems to be a functioning e bakfiet overall after some assembly. Different kickstand than pictured( single leg on each side), otherwise seems to be as shown. Kids like it! This review is being written after only 11km of usage or so. Hadn't ridden one of these before, has a wide turn radius, but I'm getting better.
