This scooter is perfect for my mother. Very lightweight and quite fast. Easy to assemble! Very good quality. Havent used it much but it does seem to be hold up so far.

This was an excellent value for the money

Well, I read the reviews and the factory descriptions of what to expect and still thought it might work at a festival with hard packed dirt and gravel walkways. It didn't. It ran fine through the grass, only slowing when the grass got long(3 "). It had rained briefly that morning and anyplace that it had rained, the wheels would sink just enough to make it torque out, kicking out the battery and having to be reset. Even on hard packed gravel, a single loose stone under the tire would torque it out. After about 20 minutes and 6 or 7 kickouts, I took it back to the car and left it there and carried a chair the rest of the day. As other reviews said, smooth surfaces, across the lawn, yes it is fine. Otherwise, choose a different scooter. This was an excellent value for the money, just not valuable to me that day.

Good quality.

I tried to loosen the knob on the front bottom and it would not turn. I have emailed the company, Drive Medical and the phone goes busy and hangs up. I tried calling spinlife but no answers so I emailed them and I got no assistance. I would not purchase from this company again. I am n the process of trying to return the chair but it say that the item is not returnable.
