I purchased this backpack for my 8 year old grandson. He loves Mine-craft. The main zipper broke within 2 months. He was very upset. I understand that backpacks don't last forever, but 2 months. That is not right. I want this product replaced. Keep the lunch box. It is okay, but please replace the backpack.

Cute but disappointing

We've used this bag for a month and it's already giving us issues. The velcro that holds the lunchbox on the bag no longer sticks to itself. The zipper on the bag sticks along the top and then pulls apart. This bag is being used by an elementary student who doesn't carry much at all; I'm disappointed in the quality.
