this isn't an absolute necessity for a homeowner but for the few times you might use it it's invaluable. any kind of household furniture or Appliance comes in and out the door so much easier with a set of wheels underneath it. I wasn't going to drag appliances like refrigerators stoves and heavy Furniture across my brand new hardwood floor so I may just purchase at the last minute and I thank God that I did. it can be converted from a hand truck to a four-wheel cart very easily and lends itself to even more useful applications with a change in configuration that takes seconds. hard rubber tires so you never have to worry about going to use it and finding them flat, you can only be strong and capable of carrying loads in excess of the maximum rating and a hard powder coated finish that you will have a hard time damaging. it's not a wheel barrel but it's every bit as handy if you have to move boxes furniture or appliances. even if you only use it once or twice and avoid damaging your flooring dropping the appliance and ruining it or breaking your back without using a hand truck and waiting for the muscle strains to subside you will thank yourself for spending the money on this very worthwhile item.
