Milani Conceal + Perfect Shine-Proof Powder, Fair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to press this in with a puff over foundation if I need a little more coverage. I haven't tried it on its own, but I might have to give that a try. I hit pan on my first one a few months ago, so I decided to repurchase it before I ran out. I love that it not only adds coverage, but also has a subtle blurring effect. I only have 2 issues with the product: cakiness, and shade range. It tends to get cakey around the center of the face. I tend to use this on my cheekbones where I have some minor scarring, so that's not a huge problem for me. The shade range could also use some work. This powder is a bit too dark from me, so I keep it away from my neck to avoid the obvious shade difference between the powder and my neck. Other than that, this is a great product!

This powder thinks it is high end. I love this powder. The color and wearability rivals expensive brands. It does not change colors and it absorbs oil.
