Warranty information
All Mia Toro™ Products come with a worldwide 10 year protection that is effective from the date of purchase. Mia Toro luggage is covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty. With our 10 Year Protection, we cover repairs to your luggage in the unlikely event of manufacturing or workmanship defects. However, Mia Toro’s 10 Year Protection does not cover any damages caused by airline abuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. To receive protection services and determine your coverage eligibility, please notify Mia Toro by calling 1.844.646.6887 to report any damages that may have occurred. The repair center will evaluate your luggage and determine if it is damaged, wear, or defective and if your product is currently under warranty. All claims must be reported immediately to avoid further damages or delay in repair.
