Don't bother to buy any other brand. They are bitter and taste bad. Marukan makes this awesome vinegar for sushi, salads and any dish that calls for vinegar. This is my family's favorite salad dressing.

A friend of mine introduced me to this stuff. Makes great crispy pickles. Slice a fresh cuke, put them in a container and cover with this vinegar, let set over night and eat later. Very similar to mustard pickles with no fuss.
