I bought the knee sleeves for my dad . He had arthritis on both knees very badly. My dad love these knee sleeves because they relieve some pain and comfortable to wear all day.

I use these for kickboxing and needed something to protect my knees from the burns I got doing knee drills on the bag. They work well to protect your shins during kick drills, too, but clearly not the entire shin.
