Great for longer sourdough sandwich loafs

I bought two, to use like a dutch oven. But the surface is slippery and they won't stay together well. I thought about adding binder clips to the side, but removing them in the heat did not seem like a good option. So, I pulled out my turkey roasting pan and put one inside. Perfect dutch oven setup for my sourdough sandwich loaves. I love the long length. Perfect loaves!
