Mainstays Alessandra Matte Brown Round Stoneware Solid Salad Plate

I needed a black saucer to use under a black plant pot and could only find the whole set on the internet, so I got the salad plate that is exactly the right size. Then later discovered I could buy the salad plate alone. I bought the salad plate in order to make the set complete so that I can sell it or give it as a gift, since I don't need it. It is really attractive but is very heavy, which is a concern for me.

Great plate at a great price. I bought another brand and had swirls making the surface non flat. I tend to drop plates and was glad when the old ones broke. These plates are flat and perfect as they are flat and right sized. There is a bigger size plate available, but both are under 10 inches. Bowls are also available in two sizes; I bought those for Thanksgiving. If one gets broken, you can buy individually - I bought 4 at a great price 1/4 the price of my old plates.
