(2 pack) Mainstays Alessandra Mint 12-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set

I purchased these dishes as they were on sale and I was really happily surprised that they are such a good quality, especially for the price. Very nice.

I absolutely love this dinnerware set. I have only one negative issue but I'll save that for last. ALL dish sets I've purchased in the past had the same issue. Chance's of someone's dinner sliding right off the plate was pretty high. The peas would make a roll for it and dont even get me started on SPAGHETTI. The plates and saucers have kept food of all kinds where they belong, off my floor. The bowls are great also (cant leave them out). The flat black color was a huge selling point for me. You can pair these dishes with a set you already own. Its really up to you. Now, my issue... some cutting utensils may leave marks. Cutting on them doesn't chip the paint or leave gashes but you can see where it was done. It does however seem to fade a little at a time. I suggest cutting some things on a cutting board or different plate completely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE DISHES. Use a light hand with knifes. I loved them so much that I bought 2 sets.
