I bought two of these and I'm so happy I did. The reviews were right! These fans are powerful and really cool the room quickly. I'm buying a couple more for the other rooms in the house so I can't get rid of the fans I bought last year that don't put out any cool air. You can't go wrong with these fans. This thing is powerful! I'm surprised how much air it puts out even on “low.” One weird thing about it is that when I turned the knob “OFF,” the fan went off, but the unit continued to oscillate! You have to punch a separate button to make the unit stop turning. Why in the world would anyone want to watch that tower turn unless it's blowing air? Despite that little quirk, this is a great fan! It's a real workhorse for the price.

This is really so much better than every other fan I've bought in the last few years. I am very happy with this purchase. Extremely Happy!
