i really like these. i have never had any sort of formal shape wear before, but i will be wearing a lot more formal dresses for the holiday season and really wanted to feel more comfortable going to those events dressed properly rather in my typical insecurity-proof clothing. these shorts are actually very comfortable. they certainly feel well made, and are clearly made to shape you in (almost) all the right places. certainly helped smooth my hip dips which i love! the one thing is, on my hips. there is a gap between the more strong, secure fabric, and the looser, more mesh- like fabric which does create a slight little awkward bulge. other than that, i am very glad i got these and will be wearing them plenty especially with more formal dresses.
