I usually wear a 5X. I took everyone advice and got a larger size. I got an 8X. It goes on pretty easy and holds my saggy stomach. The way my body is made; the legs is a little too big. I might try to take them in a little. I probably could have got a 7X. Overall I am please. You have to remember to hand wash.
