New puppy literally chewed up 3 pairs of my flipflops and since I pretty much live in flips year round indoors, I was desperte for a new pair. I also want soft, sturdy, and comfortable. The inner sole is cushiony and there are molded arch supports for extra comfort. They appear to be a one-piece molded construction so I expect them to wear well. My only quibble is with the fit. My feet are long and somewhat narrow. The flops are a little loose but all the other attributes offset what is a minor thing. Needed for gout sufferers

Normally wear a size nine but ordered size 9.5/10 instead of the 8.5/9 because sometimes they run a little small, plus my left foot is longer than my right foot. It's a good fit with my left foot on the heel edge of the sandal and a good one inch gap in the back of my right sandal. These are my indoor shoes as I have gout and can't wear anything that pushes against my big toe. This has good arch support, the heel is thick and cushiony which is great as I am a hard heel strike walker. I am able to walk with little to no pain in these. They're easy clean and dry. I can wear this with toe socks during cooler weather. Purchased three different colors in case I wanted a pair for outdoor use
