Apply Kajal Eyeliner along the upper lash line using short, even strokes for a deep, solid line. Apply to the inner rim of the eye for the ultimate sultry effect. You can smudge and blend easily for a smoky eye look. For a more precise line, use the sharpener included in the end cap and propel the pencil up until the product is covered by the sharpener. Twist slowly until desired point is achieved.

This eyeliner is truly waterproof and has real staying power. You can apply it as wide or narrow as you choose. I recommend not putting your facial moisturizer on your eyelids, as this affects how long it will stay put.
