I am not sure at 63 if it's my still my somewhat oily eyelids or the quality of eye products in this era but I have had a hard time finding an eyeliner that doesn't migrate to under my eyes or simply met away. Not so with the Drama Liqui-Pencil. This eyeliner goes on smoothly and stays put longer than any others I've tried and it is easily removed. Love the color too! I hope it's not discontinued.
