These are very well made, they are easy to adjust the weights take-out or add a metal bar in the reinforced slot. The long Velcro strap in the middle and the long Velcro strip at the bottom make them very secure on your ankles or your arms above the wrist. I going to buy another pair so that I can wear them on my lower arms and lower legs both!

Pretty good. A little hard to get them strapped onto my arms because i have to do it one handed but thats not really the fault of the product. I like the heaviness because they're heavy enough but not too heavy and i like to wear them around to passively build a bit of muscle. I especially recommend them for people who arent active, but obviously they're good for people who are active as well.
