Nice outfit

The size fits according to your measurements. The legs are roomy and not confining. Can fit on the dog as loose or tight as you want. Too loose and my dog got out of the one leg. The only weak point is that the legs aren't quite long enough because when my dog lays down, the legs ride up his legs and he can lick just above his paw. If the injury you're trying to protect is above the front elbow this outfit should work well.
