Don't be fooled

The item that I search for is not the item that I got. The item name is one thing, but the picture is a different item. I know this because on the Knee Rover website it shows the actual item. This is not an all-terrain for all four wheels and therefore, it is a different ride than having all four wheels be all terrain. I was very disappointed in the product. I needed it for going to an event in the city. I used it once and the back wheels were a problem. Instead of rolling over they would get stuck, but the front wheels didn't. It also flipped me backwards while going up the curb from the street. It also started squeaking. The first picture is the one from Walmart. The second picture is what it is supposed to be. It is taken from the Knee Rover website. What was supposed to make me feel safer made me anxious about falling the entire time I was on it.
