First impression: Well made, pretty color. Take you time putting together the 1st time. Lock short sides 1st. Lock long sides 2nd. Lock center 3rd. Unzip bassinet to velcro the pad in than zip back into place. Pad cover seems to only be able to be used when pad is not Velcroed into place. But they in cluded and washable cover! Very nice. Side rail is adjustable to 3 heights. Use different zipper to hold side pad at different levels. Side rail has a loud "click" sound when locked into place. listen for the "click" to make sure the rail is lock in position for safety. Wheels: To unlock, pull lever UP. Feel resistant? It's ok that how it works. Just lift gently upward to un lock and down to lock There are 3 latches on the left and right side of the side that adjusts in height. We aren't sure what they are for but someone intentionally placed them there so there must be some nice feature we missed. Im giving these as a gift. Maybe yhe owners will figure it out. Oh, the mobile is included. Although this is like most mobiles that seem to be designed to hang for the adults to see and not for the babies view point, it is included and plays Brahms lullaby.
