It's smooth lightweight but does the heavy duty cooking I roast beef stew chicken fry just about anything in it…there's a set of 3 in different sizes which I am going to get soon plus there's another set of 2 with glass cover which I am going to get also oh yes I want it all it actually cooks good food and gives it a unique taste🥰
