There's really no "set up" to do. Manual easy to understand. You get a lotta cubes in few hours, considering the compact size. Great for small counter availability. Nice you can turn Power off after you get good supply of icecubes. I bought a gallon of drinking water (Spring water). The 'taste'; is so much better than traditional, City, tap water; I use to use for ice cubes. I put bullet cubes in a ziplock gallon freezer bag, when I've extras. This ice cube maker is SO COOL. !!
