One of the potties had a missing piece, I reached out to them via email, they for free mailed me my missing piece %26 a couple extra pieces in case I ever needed them. You don't get service like that anymore with companies. Also great potties, fit perfectly %26 safely on both of our toilets that are different brands and sizes and my son is very comfortable %26 safe sitting on them both.

I think the legs could've spread forward a bit more and handles added on the side of them. My 2 yo grandson is in the process of being potty trained but when he climbs up it is difficult for him to turn frontwards and sit on it. I believe it is due yo the lack of more space on it yo feel confident enough to let go one handle and turn forward after climbing up there. AH

This is a great option when your toddler doesn't want to use a mini potty anymore. My little girl wanted to use the big potty but struggled wanting to be independent about it and being too small and still needing me to help her not fall in. This solved the power struggle over her sitting in the big potty. It fits over the standard toilet seat well and has stayed in place when she's using it
