Sofa is very cheap looking

It's cheap looking and what's upsetting is, I tried to return it and I got calls saying you can not send it back. We will offer you $200 dollars less and when I said no, they declined to send me the return label. Called Walmart and they kept saying we will have someone reach out to you through email. I do not enjoy the sofa at all, it's soft but the back does not hold. The white is a bad choice
