My wife ordered four of these stools for our new home. I have assembled a lot of furniture in my time, however, this assembly was not only easy, but extremely well-thought out. These are my takeaways if you are thinking about purchasing these beautiful and sturdy stools. The packaging of the pieces are fantastic. One of my boxes was very damaged and even had a hole in the cardboard box... probably from delivery company, yet not one piece of hardware or wood was damaged. Placement of styrofoam was well-thought out. Check this out... every screw for assembly is the same size screw!!! Not only that.... the screws are band together with the washers already on the screw and in the correct order!!! No sorting of hardware required. Very innovative and well-though out!!! Assembly took me approximately 12 minutes per stool. This includes unpacking the hardware and discarding the box/wrapping/etc. I loosely tightened all 16 screws in the stool (which allowed me to easily assemble the ring around the legs and the seat to the base) before tightening fully. Once completed, all four stools sat evenly to the floor with no rocking. The seat is solid wood and very comfortable and sturdy. This is the first review I have ever written. I told my wife after assembly that this was the most simple process only because of the way everything was thought out for assembly. I wanted to take the time to share an honest account of my experience with this product. I highly recommend these bar stools!!! I think they will become the focal point of our living space!
