horrible company

I never received this item. it was marked as delivered but I never received it! the company is being less than prompt and helpful in figuring out the situation and why I never received it. my son needs this laptop for his final exams in college and now we have to wait even longer to get this item. we have cameras and they clearly show that the laptop was not delivered to our home. delivery instructions also were given for them to knock and request signature. that was not done either, clearly. this has been a horrible experience with this company. I am STILL fighting to have item replaced!!!
