Geeks and Express

I have been tryingto send an item that purchased on Dec. 30, 2025 back to them, aathey have not contacted me as of yey. Walmart has contacted them several times with no response. They kept telling walmart that they were going to send a returnlabel. I have not recieved it as of this date, Worse seller to deal with on walmart. Buyer be ware. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You will be sorry.

Sent a lesser laptop. If you don't have what I ordered don't send it.

Could have been packaged more securely but arrived with no damage.

i returned the broken laptop 2 months ago, got a refund and they DID A FRAUDULENT CHARGE TO MY CARD 2 MONTHS LATER. SCAM SCAM. How dare they charge my card with out my Permission!!!! WALMART NEEDS TO BLACK LIST THIS SELLER.

I wish I could give this seller a lower score than the one star. This seller is by far the absolute worst supplier I have ever encountered. Geeks and Express has been allowed to deliberately and fraudulently sell items on Walmart.com by misrepresenting the description of items. This seller sold me a NEW laptop that was defective and refurbished. This seller made no attempts to facilitate a prompt return nor replacement. BE CAREFUL. the charger gets a little hot at times other than that it's working great

In dire need of a new laptop, and after doing tons of research, I ordered and paid for a Dell Latitude 3550 and unbelievably received a lesser quality model Dell Inspiron 3530 instead. Received and returned within 2 hours and I am NOT happy. I'll be buying another replacement elsewhere.
