i ordered this computer on-line through Walmart on 09/29/25. It came from another distributor (Geeks %26 Express)) I received it via FED Express on the 30th. Upon receiving it I checked the serial number, PIN , etc . and found it was ORIGINALLY PURCHASED on 10/12/22 and the warranty expired on 11/15/23!!!!!! It was not shown as REFURBISHED. If it was I would not have ordered it. Why then would it have been purchased on 10-12-22, just short of 3 years before I ordered it? Could it just have sat there for those 3 years? I thought I was ordering a NEW COMPUTER Latest HP Pavilion. I was suspicious when I received it because the box it was in was taped shut all around and the box had blacked out areas on it. Not what you would get in a new computer! My thought was that it may have been returned. If so, that would be an OPEN BOX sale which is usual sold for less due to that fact. I went to Walmart to "my account" as directed. Clicked on to "start a return/refund" and that is where it dead ended!! Could not go any further. All in all this was a most frustrating and deceptive purchase. I would NEVER again order through WalMart's sellers! I now have to figure out how to actually get a return/refund of my $400. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SEND A PICTURE FOR YOU TO VIEW. I DO NOT HAVE A CAMERA ON MY COMPUTER!
