why did the price go from 15 to 40

I absolutely love mine they are a little bit smaller so yes, half size bigger I'm just wondering why they were only $15 last time I bought them and now they're $40 that makes me sad I want to buy another pair because my dog chewed mine but I'm not going to pay that much more for the same pair of shoes that I paid for $15 for
