Ninja NeverStick Premium 12-inch Fry Pan, Hard-Anodized, Nonstick, Durable & Oven Safe to 500°F, Grey

Like many of you I've gone through my share of non stick pans. I really like this one for it's early return on durability, solid handle and ease of use. I use this pan every day and love it's high quality non-stick coating. We'll see how it does after a few months of constant use.

I'll start with one caveat — they don't last forever. That said, ours held up incredibly well for four years in a busy vacation rental, where they were definitely battered and abused. We only replaced them because they'd gotten a bit too dinged up to match the quality standard we want to maintain for guests, not because they stopped performing well. But we did replace it with the exact same pan. so that's saying something about how we liked them. They heat like cast iron — retaining heat beautifully for even cooking — but are so much easier to clean. They have a nice weight to them and cook evenly every time. I'm confident they would last much longer in a normal household where they aren't being used and abused daily like ours were.
