Excellent Salad Spinner! Careful though.

This has worked very well for me for about a year, but the other day I pulled the cord too hard and it broke and there's no way to fix it. HOWEVER, as you can see from the other comments here, goodcook was quick to replace it. I got it in about a week. I have promised them that I shall be more careful in the future. I was pulling this thing like a lawnmower pull cord, but that's really not at all necessary.

I like this salad spinner but I have concerns that the cord used for spinning would break after a period of time. I have found another spinner that has a pump like mechanism that I feel will hold up better. I returned this item.
