A Natural Way To Help With Arthritis Pain
My doctor recommended that I try some herbal teas to help with my arthritis. I take prescription meds but she wants me to try other ways to handle my pain. I have heart issues too and she does not want me using so many pain killers. This tea does seem to help, especially when I drink it before bedtime. I add a Green Tea bag to the cup along with the herbal blend. It tastes decent enough to drink compared to some other herbal blends I have tried
