Continued respect for DeWalt

My love of wood working came from my step-father, and he had many DeWalt tools. I inherited his tools and came to admire the durability of DeWalt. I still have and use several vintage corded DeWalt tools (Drill, Hammer Drill, Router) but most of my go-to power hand tools today are battery powered Dewalt. What do I love about them? Well, I like the yellow color that makes them easy to find and difficult to lose. I like they way they fit my hand - always ergonomic and comfortable. I love the battery life and the torque, the adjustability of the clutch that allows me to set screws at the perfect depth time and time again. Lastly, the value of DeWalt tools is solid. They are not the least expensive tools I could buy, but they are an incredible bang for my buck, widely available, and they do stand behind their products. I expect to be handing mine down to my sons, some day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
