Great features, great value!
I use it to monitor my heart rate while exercising and at rest and while sleeping because I had an aortic valve replacement. I appreciate how I am able to see in real time what my heart rate is doing while I jog at different paces. The price of the watch was very low compared to other space watches. Also like its size (not too big or bulky; not too small that I can't read the digits displayed) and how it looks on my wrist.

I have had this as a check my pulse rate constantly for Afib. I had to maintain a pulse below 120 bpm. Nurses chased me all over the hospital. Now I use it more then ever.
